These are interesting days in the email marketing community…

The world has started to understand what we have known all along: that email is the most effective digital marketing channel in existence.
Because of this, things are finally starting to go our way. Microsoft has partnered with Litmus, Gmail has decided to make its platform more friendly to our considerable efforts, and the companies which have worked to make email as good as it can possibly be are getting the recognition they deserve.
We have come so far.
Is there still progress to be made in the struggle to advance email’s interests? Yes.
But we have made our voices heard, and have seen what we can achieve when we all cry out for change as one.
Where? On Social Media. Just because its marketing ROI is so weak doesn’t render the platform completely useless, after all.
It is still good for some things, we guess.
Lets see how we did this month…

And who the heck is still using clickbait subject lines like this? In this day and age? For shame…
